The WR-01 is a simple yet powerful interface for our wind and rain sensor set. The WR-01 comes in a rugged, weatherproof enclosure and provides two serial interfaces, a flexible alarm output, and a 0-3.3v analog output. It allows simple interfacing of weather sensors for PLCs, PCs, single-board computers including Raspberry Pi, and embedded devices including Arduino.

Wow! I love it. I’ve tried to write my own Python code for my wind and rain sensor, but was never satisfied with the consistency. I bought WR-01 and discovered a great device.
For years, I used WeatherRack board from SwitchDoc Labs, but it failed and vendor stop production.
But now, I thoroughly please with WR-01 . . . see my results at donwilson.me
