This headset is designed for installation in full-face helmets, and features a fingertip push-to-talk switch and speakers for both ears. It's perfect for paraglider, hang glider, or motorcycle use.

The two large, flat speakers provide plenty of volume without interfering with the fit of the helmet. They're attached with Velcro, so they can be removed if needed.

The cables are tough, flexible polyurethane, and the quick-release connector between the helmet portion and the radio connector and PTT has a sturdy metal body with a secure locking ring. The PTT switch itself is rubber-encased and large enough to be easily pressed, with good tactile feedback, without being obtrusive.

2-prong Kenwood style connectors (compatible with the Baofeng UV-5R) and single-prong, 4-conductor Yaesu style connectors are currently available.

Pictured here is one of the speakers installed in a Charly Insider helmet. The Insider is designed to accommodate a headset under the padding by the right ear - the picture shows the speaker installed near the left ear, with the cable tucked into the padding and routed around the back. The right side and microphone are entirely concealed within the padding.
