Scott provides both unparalleled customer service and a wonderful product. I boneheadedly ordered the wrong GTRANS cable (note, there are two versions), but Scott corrected my problem and sent me a replacement the same day he received my return. Boy, was I surprised. What didn't surprise me was that, with new cable in hand, I plugged it into the Nuvi 350 and everything worked perfectly. Why no surprise? Because Scott is known for his excellence. Well done, Scott!
