PacTec model CNS-0101 black ABS case with matching perfboard of high-quality FR4 material. The board has a pattern of holes on 0.1" centers, plus pads on each end for edge-mounted d-sub connectors. They're tremendously useful for any circuit that needs a couple of DB9 connectors.
